You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (OA) in the Marine Corps Civilian Human Resources Office- Southeast, Human Resources Satellite Office, Beaufort, SC. What You'll Do
- →You will assist HR Specialist in preparing, reviewing and submitting Request for Personnel Action (RPAs) using DCPDS to ensure accuracy and completeness; resolve discrepancies and complete missing information.
- →You will assist with On-Boarding process of new appointments.
- →Prepare new employee orientation packages; assist with NEO in-briefs and ensure in-processing forms are completed.
- →You will use automated data processing equipment and related software to prepare a variety of correspondence, memorandums, form, and other documents, to include technical reports dealing with strength reports.
- →You will provide basic program information and support regarding standard processing procedures and requirements related to the staffing program.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-05: Successfully completed four years of education above high school level OR Possess a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
