About the Role
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (OA) in the Classification/Staffing Advisory Branch of MARINE CORPS BASE. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-13001663-26-KTP. Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide staffing assistance and support functions to include processing, spreadsheets, databases, and other applications to complete assigned tasks.
- →You will perform an array of clerical and administrative duties in support of the Director of Staff.
- →You will coordinate pre-employment physicals and pre-employment drug tests for serviced population, coordinates and schedules courtesy physicals and/or drug testing for other agencies.
- →You will respond to routine inquiries on procedures for filing applications for vacancies, filing for vacancies at other commands, timeliness, documentation and signature requirements.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on equivalent education as follows: GS:05 Successfully completed four years of education above high school level OR Possess a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
