What You'll Do
- →Assist the section chief program manager in administration of the Customer Support Programs.
- →Develop and administer a viable Individualized Newcomer Treatment and Orientation (INTRO) program and publish welcome packages for new unit members to include applicable information with regards to the Active Guard Reserve (AGR) program.
- →Responsible for various special Customer Support programs such as Memorialization program and Casualty Services program.
- →Administer actions in Automated Reserve Orders Writing System-Reserves (AROWS-R).
- →Monitors and takes appropriate action to clear military personnel hard-holds.
- →Assist in advising commander and staff on various Customer Support programs.
- →Conduct staff assistance visits and trains personnel (ARTs, AGRs, traditional reservists, civilian employees, supervisors, managers, etc.) within the wing for various Customer Support programs for which they are responsible.
- →Ensure accuracy of Personnel Data System (PDS) and performs functional review of data reliability.
- →Responsible for input of data pertaining to customer support programs.
