What You'll Do
- →You will review, evaluate, and make recommendations on routine, controversial, and complex cases.
- →You will conduct spot checks of the document listings and make appropriate corrections.
- →You will obtain data needed for the completion, verification, and or maintenance of personnel records to keep them current, accurate, and complete in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- →You will provide customer service in person, by telephone, and email.
- →You will establish and maintain office files, logs, manuals, listings, regulations, historical files, etc.
