The primary purpose of this position is to serve in a multi-service staff assignment within the scope of the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Incumbent will serve as a Human Resources Specialist for the Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, Field Support unit. **Salary ranges include local market supplements.**
What You'll Do
- →Provides expert counsel and support in various civilian HR program areas to all levels of management officials within OAF RCO FSU.
- →Maintains specific program responsibility for implementation of an effective program in any one or more of a wide variety of civilian HR functions.
- →Serves as a liaison between DAF RCO-FSU and AFPC, HRC, NRO, OAF RCO Headquarters, and other HR activities.
