What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the management, oversight, and integration of workforce management programs and policies for the White House Military Office (WHMO) HQ Directorates, and Operational Units.
- →You will act as the liaison for civilian personnel issues related to recruitment, classification, retirement, retention, promotions, performance evaluations, awards, and training.
- →You will ensure the goals and objectives of the workforce management program are consistent with manpower billet/management program planning.
- →You will maintain a continuous liaison with other offices, other service headquarters counterparts, and DOD counterparts to integrate WHMO actions.
- →You will conduct manpower, labor market, and compensation studies, analyze results, and recommend changes to operating programs, policies, and/or practices.
- →You will prepare reports that highlight the results of various projects/studies and make presentations to senior managers that include options/recommendations for resolving difficult situations.
- →You will oversee events, programs and may act as liaison for the Executive Office of the President, Office of the Vice President, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the DoD Military Services White House Liaisons and other agencies.
