What You'll Do
- →Consults with and provides guidance to SAA staff and supervisors on Human Resources policies and procedures.
- →Collects and enters data to enable analysis of trends and metrics; develops systems and trackers to support data collection.
- →Responds to routine employee or external stakeholder inquiries and escalates more complicated situations.
- →Performs transactions across HR systems and platforms, such as posting requisitions, updating engagement data, or documenting employee relations actions, and maintains data accuracy and integrity.
- →Identifies training needs for teams and individuals.
- →Proactively identifies opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiencies.
- →Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s in HR management or related field.
