What You'll Do
- →You will assist the Housing Referral Manager in the operation, administration and management of the Housing Referral Service Program and the Equal Opportunity in Off-Base Housing Program.
- →You will keep continuous contact and liaison with realtors, owners, agents and property managers within your area of responsibility.
- →You will conduct organizational orientations and participate in open houses and family days.
- →You will inspect housing facilities offered for listing to ensure suitability according to criteria established by Marine Corps Orders.
- →You will maintain current data on area rental costs.
- →You will be responsible for prompt validation and investigation of all complaints/disputes brought to the attention of the Referral Office regarding whether reported by tenant or landlord.
