You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS of NAVAL STATION EVERETT.
What You'll Do
- →You will participate in the processing of resident complaints and related investigations.
- →You will review current expenditures and estimate projected costs.
- →You will function as liaison with community groups and private housing owners/managers to maximize private assets availible to military.
- →You will provide input to financial management plans for housing.
- →You will plan, prioritize, schedule, and assign work to other staff based on difficulty of work and capabilities and grade levels of staff.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: A master's or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or A LL.B. or J.D., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
