You will serve as a HEAVY MOBILE EQUIPMENT MECHANIC SUPV I in the Crane Maintenance Division (Code 730) of the Production Resource Department of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will exercise supervision over subordinate workers in accomplishing heavy mobile equipment mechanic and/or mixed trade work.
- →You will be responsible for the quantity and quality of the work performed by subordinates.
- →You will be responsible for carrying out EEO policies and communicating support of these policies to subordinates.
- →You will deliver cost, schedule, and quality performance to customers.
- →You will establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences.
- →You will effectively communicate work assignments to subordinate work leaders journeymen.
