About the Position: This position is with the Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic located on Schofield Barracks, HI. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Assemble needle and syringe for provider to administer medications subcutaneously.
- →Arrange health care provider schedules using a physical or electronic calendar to ensure appointment times and procedures are blocked off.
- →Utilize conflict resolution skills to calm disgruntled patients and resolve administrative complaints.
- →Utilize medical databases to document patient complaints regarding objective findings (e.g. temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, modified mental status/behavioral assessment, height, weight, etc.).
- →Take samples (sputum or urine) and conduct simple tests like vital signs and recording results.
- →Change dressings and monitor I.V. fluids.
