About the Position: You will serve as a Health Technician (Audiology) for the Defense Health Agency at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Assist medical clerks in patient check-in and appointments as needed.
- →Maintain clinical hearing aid database.
- →Provide regulatory guidance to patients seeking occupational health assistance and forwards technical interpretation issues to the Hearing Program Manager or the Staff Audiologist.
- →Assist with basic concepts of audiometric testing.
- →Perform listening checks of hearing aids and troubleshoot problems related to malfunctioning hearing aids.
