About the Role
About the Position This position is located at Laughlin Medical Group, Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as an advisor to the referral management center in Utilization Management on eligibility issues and Tricare policies.
- →Assist the Chief and staff of the Referral Management Office in reviewing, processing, and tracking specialist referrals within the Direct Care System.
- →Respond to inquiries received from other government agencies, civilian health care providers, military sponsors, and all other beneficiary categories.
- →Provide support and guidance for TRICARE education and marketing.
- →Assist patients on Lind of Duty status to ensure bills are processed and paid correctly.
- →Serve as a point of contact for assisting in resolution of debt collection issues arising from care received.
