About the Position: This position is located at Los Angeles AFB, California. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Conducts studies, reviews clinical and business indicators, analyzes findings/trends, and makes recommendations for best options to affect organization-wide quality outcomes.
- →Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to meet organizational needs.
- →Advises leadership in matters that involve adverse privileging/practice actions.
- →Develops and implements the facility identification/communication/ analysis, and risk reduction action plan for adverse and sentinel events in accordance to DoD and AF requirements.
- →Serves as facility's primary organization liaison to the civilian accreditation agency Serves as organization’s primary point of contact for congressional and other high-level inquiries.
- →Responsible for the security of providers’ credentials and activity files.
