What You'll Do
- →Serves as a resource to the respective Quality Improvement programs in the various Health Care Units in the assigned Region.
- →This requires a continual effort to unify the work product of the clinical staff by providing a unified set of policies and programs which are in full compliance with the standards of all relevant accrediting organizations.
- →Responsible for providing expert advice to the Regional Health Services Administrator and coordinating with the Chief, Office of Quality Management in formulating relevant management control systems to be used by the affected institutions.
- →Assist each institution in developing local quality improvement programs, consistent with national policy and priorities.
- →These programs will be monitored for compliance with all relevant standards, to evaluate data reported locally and nationally, and to establish regional benchmarks for improvement activities.
- →Responsible for maintaining a credentialing and privileging tracking system for use by the Region and the Health Services Division, especially the Medical Director.
Requirements
