About the Position: This position is located within Reynolds Army Health Clinic, Ft. Sill, OK. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Assist in preparing appeals and rebuttals to coordinates the assignment of Soldier's legal counsel.
- →Coordinate appropriate referrals related to benefits.
- →Provide advise on the necessity of obtaining sufficient documentation (medical and non-medical) concerning the Soldier's ability to perform military duties and the severity of the Soldier's disease or injury.
- →Refer personnel to appropriate agencies to obtain counseling/guidance on benefits.
- →Coordinate with the Installation Judge Advocate General, Soldier's unit, and Human Resources (HR) to resolve medical separation verses administrative separation of enlisted and officer personnel.
- →Update the appropriate databases as cases progress through the Physical Disability Evaluation System (PDES).
