About the Role
About the Position: This position serves as the Patient Safety Manager for multiple military treatment facilities in the United Kingdom. The Health System Specialist works with the various medical treatment facilities and clinics to diagnose the clinical workflow and business problem, providing recommendations for solutions and developing and implementing programs to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of health care services. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Analyze clinical business processes, clinical workflow, clinical design/management and information management needs of the medical organization.
- →Evaluate and respond to policy program initiatives in order to ensure cost effective strategies are implemented to effectively manage patient care.
- →Develop plans to ensure a full range of services are provided for all beneficiaries including specialized services and programs.
- →Independently facilitate strategic planning, delivery and training as related to patient safety.
- →Review potential patient safety events from all sections of the military treatment facility.
- →Oversee Comprehensive System Analysis (CSA) team investigations and submits required reports.
- →Serve as the performance improvement subject matter expert for hospital committees.
