About the Position: This position is located at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Work with health care providers throughout MTF to resolve customer complaints and to enhance patient experience.
- →Attend conferences to develop procedures to improve the patient's experience.
- →Participate in strategic planning sessions to ensure the patient and staff perspective is considered and make recommendations for improvement that affects the patient experience outcome .
- →Resolve complex issues that cannot be resolved at the section/clinic or group patient advocate level.
- →Report corrective progress and results to the MTF senior leadership.
