About the Position: This position is located at Fort Hood, Texas A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Reviewing and evaluating clinical and administrative processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of care.
- →Planning and conducting studies on clinical operations, including collecting and analyzing data related to productivity, patient safety, workload, and budget execution.
- →Assisting in the development and monitoring of operating budgets, performing cost-benefit analysis, and formulating budget recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
- →Managing and forecasting resource needs, including personnel, equipment, and space, and providing recommendations on facility improvements.
- →Monitoring and analyzing changes in clinical and administrative data systems and advising on necessary revisions to data extraction and analysis methods.
- →Providing accurate data to support the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
- →Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on trended data sets to support decision-making and resource allocation.
