About the Position: This position is located at the 59th Medical Wing - Joint Base San Antonio - Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center; Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Plan, organize, direct, and manage the Group's Clinical Quality/Performance Improvement programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to meet organizational needs.
- →Develop goals and objectives which integrate Performance Improvement and Quality Management.
- →Research, interpret, analyze and apply accrediting agency standards.
- →Provide guidance, consultative, and facilitator services to departments within the organization, achieving performance improvement goals and overall clinical quality activities.
- →Conduct studies, review clinical and business indicators, analyze findings/trends, and make recommendations for best options to affect organization-wide quality outcomes.
