About the Position: This position is located at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Federal employees in Alaska are currently entitled to receive a 1.49% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is subject to change. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Conduct multiple audits to identify trends of healthcare paid for and delivered outside the Direct Care System to ensure compliance with directives and/or policies.
- →Perform referral reconciliation to include monitoring and tracking of referrals in the Direct Care and purchased care systems Serve as a technical expert on health care policies, programs, and procedures for the Tricare Service Center, medical staff and executive staff.
- →Analyze and respond to all inquiries received from other government agencies, civilian health care providers, military sponsors, and all other beneficiary categories.
- →Input case data into the Assistance Reporting Tool (ART) Portal for tracking and statistics.
