About the Position: This position is located at Bassett Army Community Hospital in Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Federal employees in Alaska are currently entitled to receive a 1.49% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is subject to change.
What You'll Do
- →Use statistical and cost analysis methods to run feasibility and efficiency studies.
- →Create organization charts and workforce models based on medical facility requirements Compile staff resource data to provide routine progress updates to department leadership.
- →Partner with department managers to review submissions and ensure goals match higher agency targets.
- →Organize data structures, report designs, and software forms using computerized database.
