About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Oak Harbor Birthing Center, Oak Harbor WA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for maintaining command readiness for Joint Commission (JC) surveys.
- →Prepares documentation, written reports, and presentations for the Executive Board on compliance with JC standards.
- →Provides education to all levels of staff on JC standards implementation and compliance.
- →Collects data and conducts hospital-wide and department specific studies (clinical/non-clinical) to promote and improve organizational performance.
- →Communicates pertinent information to the Department Head related to program evaluation of operation and milestones.
- →The incumbent will be responsible for retrieving patient information from a variety of data sources including medical records and hospital computer systems (MHS GENESIS).
