The Director, HPP office is a subject matter expert providing leadership for the Harassment Prevention Program including strategic planning and policy development, oversight, and coordination of the VA's Harassment Prevention Program. The ORM HPP Office controls all aspects, functions and operations of harassment prevention for the Department.
What You'll Do
- →Provides leadership and direction for VA's Harassment Prevention Program, including planning, implementing, and evaluating program activities such as complaint processing, training, data analysis, and facility compliance reviews.
- →Develops and updates policies, procedures, and guidance for harassment prevention, including reporting processes, roles, and documentation requirements across VA.
- →Reviews and analyzes harassment allegations and investigative reports, conducts fact-finding, and advises senior leaders on resolution strategies.
- →Collaborates with Administrations, Staff Offices, HR, OAWP, OGC, and external agencies such as the EEOC, OPM, and GAO to address program issues and advance prevention initiatives.
- →Conducts site visits and reviews to assess compliance, identify systemic issues, and initiate corrective actions to strengthen harassment prevention efforts.
- →Provides authoritative consultation on harassment prevention policies, initiatives, legislation, and regulatory proposals affecting the Department.
- →Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday flexible between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily.

Requirements
