About the Position: This position is located with the 460th Medical Group, Buckley Air Force Base, Aurora, Colorado.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as Group Practice Manager (GPM), supporting high quality, accessible, and cost-effective health care services.
- →Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of short-term and long-term business plans of the service(s) and ensures goals and objectives.
- →Monitor provider templates utilizing automated applications and other management tools to ensure that templates are meeting the demand.
- →Analyze enrollee health needs and makes recommendations for resourcing to meet service requirements.
- →Analyze financial impact of proposed policies and programs and recommends best courses of action based on analysis.
- →Coordinate service business processes with program manager (Patient Administration Division) to support Third Party Collection efforts to ensure maximized reimbursements.
