This position is located at: The Courses of Clear Creek Golf Course - Fort Hood, Texas. Join the Clear Creek Golf Course team! MWR employees serve the greater good by enhancing the quality of life for active military and their families, promoting welfare that directly support readiness and resiliency at Fort Hood.
What You'll Do
- →Manages, plans, and directs the daily operations of the golf course facility to include golf course maintenance.
- →Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
- →Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives.
- →As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors including other PGA Professionals.
- →Prepares financial and operational briefings as required.
- →Monitors the procurement of all supplies, equipment, and retail items for the activity.
- →Responsible for all food and beverage operations within the facility.
- →Provides and maintains teaching program for patronage at the individual and group levels, to include personal lesson participation.
