What You'll Do
- →Manages the procurement of necessary supplies and services to ensure the timely fulfillment of the organization's operational needs.
- →Maintains warehouse/ storage areas and conducts scheduled and non-scheduled periodic, semi-annual, cyclic, and special physical inventories $7.8M (+/-) in property, non-expendable and durable supplies in use, on loan, in storage, or awaiting disposition.
- →Performs comprehensive screening of purchase requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and the approval of all prerequisite forms before initiating procurement actions.
- →Performs administrative office support functions and maintains cooperative working relationships with team members, related functions, and operating officials.
