This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas.
What You'll Do
- →Operate dishwashing machines and sinks using cleaning agents and ensures proper water temperatures and/or pH levels are maintained.
- →Maintain work area in an orderly and sanitary condition and prepares and stores food in accordance with proper sanitation standards that have been established in the SOP.
- →Prepare and wrap items for sale, replenishing items as necessary during service hours.
- →Assemble assigned items on patient trays, ensuring to arrange the tray in a functional and organized manner.
- →Verify and reconcile cash drawer before and after each meal service, separate out change fund, enter appropriate figures on required forms, and clear out cash register to prepare it for the next meal.
