About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Deja Brew (Area 1). This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy.
What You'll Do
- →Provides work direction to subordinates, demonstrates proper work methods, provides work related guidance, ensures necessary products are available and that employees follow security, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- →Performs the same kind of work as subordinates.
- →Oversees all assigned employees during shift.
- →Works along with employees and sets the pace.
- →Provides on-the-job training.
- →Prepares a variety of hot beverages such as cappuccinos, brewed coffee, lattes, espresso, hot chocolate, etc. by selecting proper ingredients.
- →Serves cold beverages and food items, such as soda, juices, cookies, muffins, pastries, etc.
- →Receives payment, operates cash register, makes and returns change to patrons.
- →Assures patron satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and issues.
- →Sets up work area for operation and obtains cash bank.
- →Maintains work area in a neat and clean manner.
- →Sets up/cleans tables for customers and replenishes condiment items as necessary.
- →Performs preventative maintenance and cleaning.
- →Scrapes, soaks, scours glassware, dishes and utensils as required.
Requirements
