You will serve as a FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DIRECTOR in the Commander Navy region Korea ofCOMMANDER NAVY REGION KOREA.
What You'll Do
- →You will be establishing and maintaining effective team building strategies, positive working relationships and exceptional skills communicating at all levels of the organization.
- →You will work closely with command, region, tenant commands, families, veterans, employees, labor management representatives and the local community.
- →You will provide budgeting, financial management, execution, acquisition, planning, and effective labor management and employee relations required.
- →You will develop and coordinating long-range contingency plans; maintaining, updating, and modifying plans; reviewing and implementing DoD policy directives.
