About the Role

What You'll Do
- →You will serve as A Deck Department Head responsible for the effective and efficient management and supervision of deck department personnel.
- →You will serve as a ships' safety officer, training officer, damage control officer, security officer, oil spill coordinator and gas free engineer.
- →You will be accountable for all matters pertaining to management, operations, care, safety and physical condition of topside operations.
- →You will be responsible for ships fiscal management and adherence to ships budget.
- →You will supervise all subordinate deck personnel to include discipline, uniform standards/hygiene, assignment to watch and berthing, and personnel awards.
