What You'll Do
- →You will respond to emergencies as a member of an Engine Company, Truck Company, Rescue Company, Hazardous Materials Team and/or a Rescue Team.
- →You will participate in daily training and instruction classes covering all phases of fire protection, fire prevention and emergency medical services.
- →You will act as the driver/operator of an emergency response pumper/ladder, brush fire fighting, ambulance, hazardous material response, or other rescue vehicle as required.
- →You will respond all hazardous materials incidents as required.
- →You will perform daily preventative maintenance inspections of firefighting transport vehicles, tools, and medical equipment.
- →You will respond to all medical emergencies and provides advanced patient assessment and treatment for victims of fire, sudden illness, accident injuries, childbirth, and other events requiring medical intervention.
