You will serve as a FIREFIGHTER (BLS/ HAZMAT TECHNICIAN) of NAS PENSACOLA.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform structural firefighting duties for a variety of facilities that may include research and/or large industrial complexes.
- →You will perform standby duty during aircraft refueling and defueling, engine maintenance and testing, welding and burning on fueled and/or armed aircraft, ammunition handling or other special circumstances.
- →You will perform emergency protocols and procedures by providing basic life support (BLS) established by the system medical director.
- →You will provide tactical or strategic level guidance for response personnel at hazardous materials incidents in confinement, control, and containment of various classes of hazardous materials.
