About the Role
About the Position: Serve as Chief Financial Officer and advisor to the Commander and other District elements with full responsibility for planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating a comprehensive business and financial management program characterized by maximum delegation of authority for accomplishing the District's mission.
What You'll Do
- →Supervise financial professionals across budget/manpower management, organizational design, finance/accounting, managerial reporting, data analytics, AI applications, workforce/workload planning, and program analysis to optimize mission performance.
- →Serve as North Atlantic Division Regional Deputy Resource Manager, directing regional financial governance via program budget committees, Technical Performance Reviews, Standard Costing reviews, and consolidated operating budget formulation.
- →Participate in corporate governance meetings, advising and recommending actions regarding managerial, procedural, organizational, administrative, business, and fiscal matters.
- →Direct the District's Resource Management Division and analytical staff through subordinate supervisors, managing all personnel operations and program execution.
- →Serve as Career Program Manager for the Comptroller and Manpower Management career programs for careerists throughout the District.
