What You'll Do
- →The selectee will serve as a Financial Management Specialist in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Financial Management Division.
- →Administers complex payment operations involving travel reimbursements, relocation payments, vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, third-party draft payments, and other financial disbursement activities.
- →Confer with managers, supervisors, employees, and other stakeholders to resolve complex and sensitive travel issues, providing authoritative recommendations that may significantly impact agency travel operations.
- →Develops and prepares financial reports, statistical analyses, trend reports, reconciliations, and executive summaries related to payments, travel operations, relocation activities, audit results, and financial performance metrics.
- →Supports audit readiness initiatives and remediation efforts involving internal notices of findings and recommendations, financial statement support, corrective action plans, and internal control documentation.

- →This Financial Management Specialist position starts at a salary of $70,623, GS-09 step 1 with promotion potential to $111,087, GS-11 step 10.
Requirements
- ✓Citizenship is required.
- ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service If selected for this position, you will be required to: Obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Tier 5 clearance.
