Serves as a Financial Management Analyst on the Accounts Receivable Team, overseeing and coordinating the operations of the nationwide APHIS and AMS collection and debt management program, responsible for agency collections and debt management.
What You'll Do
- →The duties described are for the full-performance level.
- →At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
- →The duties may include, but are not limited to: Serves as a team lead and as a liaison with internal and external customers and vendors for assigned functional areas.
- →Perform day to day accounting, financial reporting, and analysis for assigned functional areas.
- →Research and resolve customer inquiries for assigned functional areas.
- →Perform account and system reconciliations, including analysis and resolution of discrepancies.
- →Perform special projects to simplify processes and create efficiencies.
