About the Position: As the Facility Services Assistant, the primary role is to assist with the ongoing, maintenance, control and administration of a preventative maintenance control program and/or automated data system. Additionally, the incumbent will provide support for the operations and maintenance of major land plant, floating plant, and navigation facilities.
What You'll Do
- →Preparing annual reports which may consist of statistical graphs and/or comparison reports.
- →Compiling data to review maintenance needs.
- →Utilizing the maintenance system to enter and/or update equipment and maintenance information.
- →Resolving and/or recommending advice on the continuous updates on the facility equipment maintenance system.
- →Developing specific project instructional guidance materials.
- →Obtaining information from crew supervisors and work leaders that could affect future workload adjustments.
- →This position supports the Dredge and MAY require occasional travel while the Dredge is working in other Districts.
