You will serve as a FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Office of the Director of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.
What You'll Do
- →You will coordinate activities so the Deputy and Director can plan for the design, construction, maintenance and repair of Class I and II Real Property facilities under control of the Commander.
- →You will implement plans and strategies to resolve inter organizational and tenant command differences involving procedures, priorities, space assignments, and equipment requirements.
- →You will coordinates and maintain a comprehensive integrated system of staff services in the broad area of facilities, environment, and housing management You will assist the Deputy in the development and management of the organization's budget so to adequately provide for continued annual operations.
- →You will develop courses of action for the provision of utilities to the Base from the private sector as it relates to Enhanced Use Leases, Utilities Privatization, or Power Purchase Agreements.
- →You will perform customer service at the Division Director level; tracking both service ticket actions and construction project updates.
