You will serve as a FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Department of the Navy ofUS NAVAL AIR FACILITY MISAWA . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***
What You'll Do
- →You will conduct and attend periodic meetings and visits to identify any facility problems that have developed and to facilitate work execution.
- →You will provide updates to management on all issues and work efforts beings accomplished for the facilities assigned.
- →You will manage and validate deficiency data from Facility Condition Inspections to help develop the Maintenance Action Plans and Maintenance Execution Plans.
- →You will monitor the emergency service, recurring and minor project expenditures in their supported commands' facilities.
Requirements
- ✓Additional Information: ICTAP Applicants: To be considered well-qualified and exercise selection priority as an ICTAP candidate, displaced Federal employees must satisfy all qualification requirements for the position and receive a rating in the highly qualified category (score 85) or higher.
