You will serve as a FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the DEPARTMENT OF NAVY of the COMFLEACT YOKOSUKA. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***
What You'll Do
- →You will conduct and attend periodic meetings and visits to identify any facility problems that have developed and to facilitate work execution.
- →You will provide updates to management on all issues and work efforts beings accomplished for the facilities assigned.
- →You will manage and validate deficiency data from Facility Condition Inspections to help develop the Maintenance Action Plans and Maintenance Execution Plans.
- →You will monitor the emergency service, recurring and minor project expenditures in their supported commands' facilities.
Requirements
- ✓Additional Information Continued: This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements.
- ✓Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
