You will serve as a FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in S-4, Logistics, of HQTSBATTALION. Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. What You'll Do
- →You will exercise responsibility for maintenance, space allocation, utilization, building alterations, and budget development and execution.
- →You will manage an integrated program of repair and preventative maintenance to facilities.
- →You will be responsible for the buildings space allocation, utilization, and management of the key control program.
- →You will analyze current space assignment standards and recommend reallocations to obtain optimum utilization based upon personnel and program changes.
- →You will coordinate and periodically review building emergency programs to include fire and evacuation programs.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
