About the Position: This position is located at the Directorate of Resource Management, Facilities Management at 15th Medical Group (Pearl Harbor), which is on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinate activities with higher-level facility management, the Medical Control Center staff, and others for support needs; including lodging, food services, utilities, closed circuit television, security, or alternate facilities.
- →Coordinate activities with higher-level facility management, the Medical Control Center staff, and others for support needs; including lodging, food services, utilities, closed circuit television, security, or alternate facilities.
- →Oversee facility management resources including personnel, service contracts, financial programs, space utilization, and information resources.
- →Investigate, analyze, and report on mishaps and medical incidents of a generally routine nature associated with primary care services.
- →Implement and evaluate programs to manage medical safety risks, fire safety risks, facility response to emergencies, and to manage risks associated with physical security, hazardous materials, and waste.
- →Prepare performance work statements, identify deficient service contract or civil engineer performance, assess operational impacts, and initiate timely corrective action.
- →Plan and coordinate all work requirements to maintain patient care buildings.
- →Perform diagnostic inspection of facility structures, related electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, and prepares necessary inspection reports and narrative assessments of facility conditions.
