About the Position: Applicant will serve as an Executive Services Specialist at ALEXANDER T. AUGUSTA MILITARY MEDICAL CENTER. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the subject matter expert and principal advisor to the Hospital Director.
- →Establishes an effective suspense control system for the Management and Control of all Written Congressionals, Greivances, Complaints, and Union Issues for the Executive Leadership.
- →Serves as the Primary Advisor to the Hospital Director for proceedings of high-ranking U.S. and foreign dignitaries, elected and appointed national and state government officials, and Professional Staff Members (PSMs).
- →Coordinates with diverse groups across Hospital boundaries in operations, emergency management, medical support, protocol, and also manages in the design, event planning, contingency planning, and execution of large scale events.
- →Oversees Command special staff in Protocol in the execution of duties supporting the Executive Leadership.
- →Monitors the Departmental Budget and execution of funds accordingly.
- →Serves as the Director of the Office, by providing direction and leadership for the day-to-day work operations and programs through subordinate product lines, project coordinators, and/or administrative support staff.
