The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as the Executive Director of Manpower, Personnel, and Services at a MAJCOM, responsible for formulating program goals, plans, and policies for the directorate's mission. **Excepted Service Position - Schedule Policy/Career Position**
What You'll Do
- →As Executive Director of Manpower, Personnel, and Services at a MAJCOM plans, organizes, and manages the activities of the directorate with the director, and serves as the primary advisor to the MAJCOM Commander on all civilian issues.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Participates in special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments.
- →Represents the Manpower, Personnel, and Services Directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
