As a EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EXECUTIVE SCHEDULER), you will serve as an Executive Assistant and Scheduler that reports directly to the Federal Co-Chair. The incumbent supports the mission of Denali Commission by assisting the Federal Co-Chair in a wide variety of administrative and program support efforts.
What You'll Do
- →As an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EXECUTIVE SCHEDULER), you will: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, and events for the Federal Co-Chair.
- →Receive visitors and telephone calls to the Federal Co-Chair.
- →Determine nature of calls or business of visitors.
- →Provide administrative and general information about Denali Commission's functions, goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations.
- →Organize travel arrangements for the Federal Co-Chair, including hotel and transportation reservations, notify specific offices and others of dates involved, also collaborate with the Administrative Officer to make requests for travel authorization, travel vouchers, etc.
- →Attend meetings as requested by the Federal Co-Chair and take notes on discussion to the extent deemed necessary.
Requirements
- ✓The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service.
- ✓One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
