As an Executive Assistant, you will perform a variety of executive level administrative and technical support duties and effectively support the OP&S Chief and Deputy Chief to meet short- and long-range goals and objective.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the liaison between Office of Policy leadership and internal/external stakeholders to include inter agency partners and foreign governments.
- →Manages executive's complex calendar, schedule meetings, create agenda and briefing materials, and coordinate travel logistics to include arranging transportation and accommodations and preparing authorizations, itineraries, and vouchers.
- →Managing executive level communication to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and alignment with agency policy.
- →Strategically forecasts future requirements, deconflicts challenges, and proactively maintains recurring requirements.
- →Exercises discretion and demonstrate sound judgment and ethics at all times.
Requirements
- ✓Conditions of Employment: You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or U.S.
- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
