As an Executive Assistant, you will perform a variety of executive level administrative and technical support duties to effectively support an office within the External Affairs Directorate to meet short-and long-range goals and objectives.
What You'll Do
- →Manages a variety of executive level communications in accordance with departmental and agency policy.
- →Serves as the liaison between External Affairs Directorate (EXA), its internal program offices and internal/external stakeholders.
- →Coordinates and tracks matters dealing with various office activities.
- →Maintains the program office Senior Executive Service (SES) sensitive, daily, and long-range calendar events.
- →Coordinates the daily schedules, briefing material, and travel requirements for the office Chief.
- →Triages and coordinates resolution of high-level immigration inquiries on behalf of EXA leadership.
Requirements

- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
- ✓EDUCATIONAL SUBSTITUTION: There is no educational substitution at this grade level.
