The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the force management advisor and executive assistant to the group senior ART as well as manage and administer the group training program.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the advisor on Force Management programs for unit reservists within the group.
- →Represents the senior ART concerning group plans, special events, projects, etc., to communicate senior ART's policies and to explain the interests of the group in regard to local activities or projects.
- →Manager and administrator of all training programs for the Operations Group, to include on-the-job (OJT) training program and formal school.
- →Conducts informal quarterly staff assistance visits and feedback sessions with work center supervisors to determine the effectiveness of training programs and progress.
- →Manages the unit Professional Military Education (PME) Program.
- →Provides administrative support to the Operations Group Stan/Eval Office per the direction of the Chief of Stand/Eval.
