What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the principle advisor on EEO issues to the installation commander; provide information on EEO laws, policies and employment regulations as well as provide information on policies and practices to applicants, employees and managers.
- →You will focus on the solution of individual, institutional and systemic problems, and eliminates barriers to equality of opportunity for all employees.
- →You will serve on a variety of management committees and boards that address organizational considerations, staffing requirements and various human resources activities.
- →You will oversee all aspects of informal and formal complaint process from start to finish.
- →You will oversee all aspects of the reasonable accommodation process in a timely manner.
- →You will review EEO Program areas to identify and develop equal employment opportunity training plans for supervisory development and mandatory annual EEO and bi-annual training for all employees.
- →You will collect, analyze and prepare reports on workforce profiles, complaint processing, MD 715 requirements, special emphasis and various trend data studies in order to assess progress towards affirmative employment goals.
- →You will supervise a staff of EEO Specialists performing work to support the EEO program.
