This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Strategy Performance and Results (OSPR), Enterprise Performance and Results Group (EPRG). As an Enterprise Project Lead, you will serve as a key member of the OSPR team providing staff-level leadership on projects and tasks for internal clients across CMS that support the OSPR mission.
What You'll Do
- →Creating innovative solutions to develop strong data analytics, dashboards, and interpretations to support enterprise-wide needs.
- →Developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project plans, schedules and/or timelines for designated high priority, mission-critical projects.
- →Developing detailed project plans and strategies for long-range implementation, administration, and evaluation of programs, including the development of criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- →Identifying project dependencies and potential risks and the accurate reporting of project status.
- →Writing regulations and sub-regulatory guidance to implement program policy, processes, or procedure changes.
- →Representing OSPR on agency, interagency, and cross-sector committees or workgroups of national importance and as a recognized authority on CMS program and project management issues.
